2 - Community Menu Program
THE COMMUNITY MENU PROGRAM is a great program providing opportunities for both your restaurant and your community to demonstrate your support for one another. All of the features from our Custom Menu Program are included plus an excellent opportunity for you to receive your menus at little or no charge to you. Local businesses and organizations within your community are given the opportunity to promote their businesses in your menus. These promotional blocks are attractively incorporated in your menu design and provide community businesses the opportunity to advertise their products at a relatively low cost.

PRICING - Here’s the great news! When you qualify for the Community Menu Program, your menus are printed free of charge (up to 25 menus). (Additional menus may be purchased at a reduced rate of $3.50 each.) Plus you will receive 400 free take out menus!
QUALIFYING - All you must do to qualify for the Community Menu Program, is fill out a “Prospective Client List”and agree to display a menu on each table in your restaurant. The “Prospective Client List” is your opportunity to recommend businesses and organizations that you would like to see have the first opportunity to be promoted on your menu. When CrossTimber secures four full-priced promotional ads for your restaurant, you qualify. We are able to provide up to 25 menus without charge (additional menus may be purchased at a reduced rate of $3.50 each) and we’ll even pick up the shipping charge!
TAKE OUT MENUS (paper take out menus) - A minimum of 400 take-out menus will be provided without charge (your choice of color). After being established in the Community Menu Program, we will be sending additional Take Out menus to businesses within your community, whenever we send promotional materials out, and/or stop by local businesses. If given the opportunity, menus may also be placed in local motels, laundromats, medical offices, etc. If you need additional mini menus, we will be glad to print more at the low price of $12.50 for 100, plus s/h charges.PRICE UPDATES EVERY YEAR! - Price updates may be done quickly & easily by mail, fax, e-mail, or simply give us a call! If we are able to maintain at least four full-priced promotional spots, we will continue to provide price changes and new menus (up to 25) without charge to you. If there are complex layout changes, additional charges may be required depending on how much work is involved.
DELIVERY - Normally, a proof copy of your menu may be expected within 10 business days after we receive all the required materials. If you have a fax, we’ll be glad to fax a copy as soon as we’ve completed the initial layout. If the proof meets with your approval, we’ll have your menus printed, laminated and shipped, usually within 10 business days. (P.S. We’re usually faster!)
